Dating from the sixth century, the Viña den Palerm is built of traditional materials including Ibizan stone and wooden beams. Rooms are cool, bright and filled with natural light. Floors are elegantly tiled in terracotta and furnishings are simple and chic. Enjoy the fresh air and Ibizan sunshine from your rooms private terrace with fragrant plants.

Admire the Palerms exterior with its white walls and blue-framed windows. The Viña den Palerma is set in beautiful gardens with fruit trees, farm animals and a sun terrace beside the inviting pool.

A wholesome breakfast is served at any time in the morning. Lunch and dinner must be reserved in advance and are not included in price. Most of the ingredients used in the meals are sourced from the hotels vegetable garden.

Make a visit to one of Ibizas fabulous beaches, many are within 7 km of the hotel and far from the crowds.

The family house has turned into a calm and beautiful place of rest for those in search of a bit of peace and quiet in these days of intense and busy activity.

In the south wing, a swimming pool filled with water provided by the estate well and a solarium are available to enjoy the sun, surrounded by fig trees and carob-trees for those who wish for a bit of shade in the strong hours of the day.

Plants such as tomatoes, lettuces, pepper, green beans and in summer the delicious melons, that in Ibiza, they say, have a special flavour, are cultivated in the estate. Fruit-bearing trees such as orange trees, pear trees, apricot trees, lemon trees and cherry-trees can also be found in the hotel grounds. All this and crops grown in dry land, which are used to feed the farm animals.

Food & beverage
A full and delicious breakfast is served at any time in the morning, which is included in the price of the room.

Lunch and supper must be reserved in advanced and are not included in price.
Lunch can be served between 13:00 and 15:30 and supper between 20:00 and 23:00.

Restaurant is easily accessible for disabled guests.

Most of the ingredients of the meals are home grown and 100% organic.

Area information
San Miguel village: 2km from hotel. Here you can visit the church from XIV century. The town has recently have been declared World Heritage Site. You also can find restaurants, shops, chemist and post office.

Puerto San Miguel: Important tourist resort setting dominated by a long sandy beach. It has different amenities like windsurfing, sailing, diving, etc. It is about 5km from the hotel.


Playa Benirras: Unspoilt and paradisiac sandy beach, perfect to spend the day or to admire a sunset. It's 7 km from hotel.

Portixol: Not everybody know this little bay far from crowds and noise. It's a fisherman setting with a rocky nice bay where you can swim in complete transparent water. It's about 5 km from the hotel and you need special indications to arrive there.

Five double rooms are available for guests to immerse themselves in a rustic but comfortable and cosy space.

Es Garrover Room: Dominating the entry, a one-thousand-year-old carob tree welcomes the guest to the room, accompanied by the fragrance of lavender from the terrace. This room retains the essence of its original construction, with the original roof still preserved. The visitor will be able to enjoy a wide hydromassage bathtub as well as a cosy corner with sofa to relax in.

S'Olivera Room: Under the branches of the olive tree the guest can access the terrace which the tree shares with mint plants. The visitor will be amazed by the original walls and roof of the antique farmyard. The room is equipped with hydromassage shower and sofa.

S'Herbasana Room: Sabinne and basil mark the style of this cosy room. Its wide sabinne roof, high and robust, presides over a comfortable environment with beds adorned with mosquito nets. Among its comforts is a hydromassage shower.

Sa Pomera Room: The apple tree gives name to the freshest room, in which diverse elements of nature like wood in the roof, stone employed in walls and forge combine to the perfection making it a different and unique environment. The bathroom decorated in blue to reflect the sea and the sky of this beautiful island is fitted with a hydromassage bath.

Sa Bellotera Room: The romantic room, decorated in the majestic shade of oak. A beautiful bed with canopy under a roof of sabinne girders and walls of stone, make it an ideal place to dream.
