Once you submit your hotel you will be granted access to our extranet system whereby you can upload your images, room types and rates.

You can enter your various room types and corresponding rates on a per room night basis and must include all taxes, charges. The only thing we require before you go live is the hotel description!

Upon booking, a client pays a small deposit online and the balance is paid directly to your hotel in Italy by the client him/herself. Your reservations department will always receive a copy of bookings and respective e-vouchers.
